AVCP RHA Completes Three New Homes in Hooper Bay

AVCP Regional Housing Authority (RHA) successfully moved three homebuyers into newly constructed single-family homes in Hooper Bay, Alaska.

Through our Home Mortgage Program, AVCP RHA’s Development Department initiates the construction of new units. Once the units are ready for move-in, Intake Specialists conduct an application drive within the community and select candidates based on eligibility criteria. After identifying eligible candidates, Occupancy Specialists offer the units and oversee the move-in process.

AVCP Regional Housing Authority is committed to bringing sustainable, affordable housing to more remote communities in the Y-K Delta, ensuring that everyone has a place they can call home.
