The Tribal Operations Department works with tribal councils, future and current homebuyers and rental tenants, as well as individuals and families who are seeking affordable housing opportunities.
We work with tribal councils who want to name AVCP RHA as the Tribal Designated Housing Entity (TDHE) by providing the necessary resolutions to enable the tribe make the designation. We work with each tribal council in providing copies of the annual Indian Housing Plan and the Annual Performance Report for their review and approval. We work with tribal councils in implementing the Village Allocation Program and the Education Housing Assistance Grant.
We implement several programs for individuals and families for tribal members of tribes who have designated AVCP RHA as the TDHE. The following programs are implemented by AVCP RHA office:

We also provide assistance to individuals and families who are interested in our programs with housing application review, program eligibility and the selection process.
We work with families in the homeownership and rental programs to ensure they are in compliance with the homebuyer agreements and rental leases.
