Jeff Lowrey is the Vice President of Finance of the organization. He has primary management responsibility for the organizations accounting systems, financial reporting, cash management, and human resources. Jeff joined the Housing Authority in 1999 from the Orutsararmuit Native Council where he was the Deputy Director. He was also previously employed as controller by AVCP, Inc. and Copper River Native Association and as Manager of the Bethel Office for Mikunda Cottrell and Company, Certified Public Accountants.
Jeff, a Bethel resident since 1989, grew up in Media, Pennsylvania and Chugiak, Alaska where he attended high school. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
He is a past volunteer for junior achievement and the Bethel Little League Baseball.
Jeff is married with two children and enjoys all things outdoors.
